The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) has published a final decision on future water tariffs for business customers. Find out below how this may affect your business.

The new business charges will apply to both business customers and mixed-use customers. Our analysis indicates that 83% of connections will see their annual bill decrease, stay the same, or increase by less than €250. Only 17% of connections will see their bill rise by €250 or more. To allow businesses prepare for these changes, the charges won’t go live until 1 May 2020.
