Register or Update Account
It is a good idea to register for an online account with us. Keeping your account up to date means we can contact you regarding issues in your area where appropriate.
Who should have an account
You should register an account with Uisce Éireann if you:
- are a property owner who lives in the property.
- are a tenant who lives in the property.
- are the owner of a property where there is no occupier, for example a holiday home.
- do not have public water services connected to your property. In this case you will need to tell us that you are not a customer.
Update your account details
If you are moving home or any of your details have changed, contact us. You’ll need to provide your name, the address you’re moving into or out of, your contact details and your Uisce Éireann account number, if applicable.
Then we can set up a new account or update your existing account. It means we can continue to contact you about any outages or issues in your area.
