In January 2014 Irish Water assumed responsibility for public water services. Since then, your Local Authority has been issuing bills for water services to your business on our behalf and continued to manage all queries in relation to your business account.

Over the coming months, we will begin managing all aspects of your account directly, including billing for water services. This will happen on a phased basis by Local Authority area and we will notify you in advance.

No changes to business charges

We will maintain the previous charges and billing frequency of your Local Authority. Visit our Business Charges page for further information.
