In January 2014 Irish Water assumed responsibility for public water services. Since then, your Local Authority has been issuing bills for water services to your business on our behalf and continued to manage all queries in relation to your business account.
Over the coming months, we will begin managing all aspects of your account directly, including billing for water services. This will happen on a phased basis by Local Authority area and we will notify you in advance.

If you have been notified by us, visit our Account transfer to Irish Water page for further information. Here you will find a list of the Local Authority areas where business accounts, including billing, are now managed directly by us, along with useful information on actions you may need to take.
If your Local Authority area is not listed, your business water services account will continue to be managed directly by your Local Authority and you should contact them with any account queries.
We are fixing and upgrading Ireland's water and wastewater network right across the country, developing a modern network which can accommodate all our business needs. Sustainable water services are key to supporting the development of Irish businesses and vital to the social and economic growth of our country. For more information, visit Our Projects page.
