The Reporting Solutions & Stakeholder Engagement Analyst will work within the Process Optimisation function of Operations Support Services. The role will report to the Water and Wastewater Process Optimisation Manager. The Reporting Solutions & Stakeholder Engagement Analyst is primarily responsible for the development and production of key internal and external reporting requirements on an on-going basis. Additionally, as part of the role, there will be two further elements: management of and involvement in stakeholder engagement and interaction (in tandem with the Water and Wastewater Process Optimisation Manager), as well as supporting the delivery of projects within the Process Optimisation and overall Operations Support Services functions.

The Reporting Solutions & Stakeholder Engagement Analyst will work closely with the Process Optimisation Team and Operations Support Services colleagues, yet also work with the wider business in Asset Operations, Asset Management, Finance and Technical Services departments in order to ensure that the business is kept updated on Process Optimisation progress and to promote engagement activities covering both internal and external stakeholders.

The development and production of reports and information will underpin effective business management and decision making processes. The role will act first and foremost as an internal service provider to the Process Optimisation Team, yet also to the Operations Support Services function and wider Irish Water departments under the direction of the Water and Wastewater Process Optimisation Manager.
