The Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization acts in line with Employment Legislation and HR policy whilst also engaging and advising people managers and employees across Irish Water in respect of local Employee Relations/Industrial Relations (ER/IR) related matters. She/he has a keen understanding of the ER/IR arena and provides dynamic solutions using experience, relevant data and stakeholder management to guide their decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Manager, he/she is responsible for supporting the management of ER/IR activities within the business. He/she will act as a point of escalation for team leaders on ER/IR matters and provide timely advice as required. He/she will be responsible for operationalising the strategic objectives of the Employee Relations/Industrial Relation Team.
