The Telemetry Analyst, reporting to the Telemetry Specialist, will have a national remit with responsibility for supporting the delivery of a customer focused service providing day to day developmental, technical and operational support to the National operations Management Centre team and the users of the Irish Water Telemetry system. This involves the review of site signal listings, configuration, monitoring end to end testing and resolving problems (nuisance alarming, incorrect configuration etc.), the raising of work orders and stakeholder management where appropriate.
