Water Project
This project, as part of the South Leitrim Regional Water Supply Scheme, provides clean safe drinking water to residents and businesses in Carrick on Shannon.
Uisce Éireann, working in partnership with Leitrim County Council, upgraded the Carrick on Shannon Water Treatment Plant. The works carried out have enhanced water treatment processes and increased capacity at the water treatment plant, ensuring a safe and secure water supply for residents, agriculture, tourism and industry in the area.
