Have you started planning your development?

That's the perfect time to get in touch with us. Your next step is to complete the Pre-Connection Enquiry Form. This can be done without obligation to get a full connection.

In order to fill out the Pre-Connection Enquiry Form you'll need:

  1. The map locating the site connection
  2. The site layout map indicating the preferred connection point for each service (water, waste water)
  3. Your planning permission number

That's fine. You can still get started with the Pre-Connection Enquiry Form in order to keep the process moving along quickly.

In order to fill out the Pre-Connection Enquiry Form you'll need:

  1. A location map with the site boundary outlined in red (scale 1:2500) view sample map
  2. The site layout map indicating the preferred connection point for each service (water, waste water) view sample map 1 view sample map 2

Great, you can now fill out the Connection Application Form. You'll need

  1. A location map with the site boundary outlined in red (scale 1:2500) view sample map
  2. The site layout map indicating the preferred connection point for each service(water, waste water) view sample map 1 view sample map 2
  3. Your planning permission number
  4. A letter from the Local Authority (on letterhead) confirming the final name of the development (if available).
  5. Premises and Bulk Meter Registration Schedule.

Alternatively, you can download the PDF connection application form and submit it by email to newconnections@water.ie and include your Premises and Bulk Meter Registration Schedule as an attachment to the email.
