If you are opening a new account, please call us on Callsave 1850 448 448 or +353 1 707 2824 (our lines are open from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday) on the day you move in. We’ll ask you to:
- Provide your name, the address you’re moving into and your contact details.
- Agree a meter reading if the new property you are moving into is metered. For your convenience, we will generate an estimated reading in order to open your account. Alternatively, if it is safe to do so, you can read your water meter and provide the reading to us. If you do not agree the estimated meter reading and cannot read the meter yourself, we can read the meter for you. Your meter will be read within five working days and the meter reading charge of €17 will be applied to your next bill.
