Interruptions to water supply in Ratoath Co. Meath due to burst water main
Customers in parts of Ratoath are experiencing interruptions to their water supply.
Irish Water wishes to advise customers in Ratoath that due a burst water main which runs from Windmill Hill to Ratoath, customers in parts of Ratoath are experiencing interruptions to their water supply. Areas of higher ground surrounding Ashbourne may also experience some issues over the course of the day.
The burst occurred at 2am this morning and crews are currently on site repairing the burst. It is estimated that the work will be completed by 5pm this evening. Water may take a number of hours to return to all homes following the repair, particularly those on higher ground.
