Essential works to safeguard supply for customers in Sutton

Uisce Éireann is working with Fingal County Council to carry out essential maintenance on the water network in Sutton tomorrow, Thursday 02 September from 10am until 4pm.

While the works are underway customers in the following areas may experience some disruption to their supply; Bayside Square; Bayside Park; Bayside Shopping Centre; St. Fintan’s Road; St. Fintan’s Estate; Strand Road; Shielmartin Road; Carrickbrack Road; Old Carrickbrack Road; Ceannchor Road; La Vista Avenue and surrounding areas.

Speaking about the maintenance works, Tselo Tlou, Uisce Éireann said, “Uisce Éireann regrets any inconvenience that these works may cause. Maintenance of the network is essential to ensure adequate network performance and high levels of customer service in the area in terms of efficiency and security of supply.

Uisce Éireann is working at this time, with our Local Authority partners, contractors and others to safeguard the health and well-being of both staff and the public and to ensure the continuity of critical drinking water and wastewater services. Uisce Éireann would like to remind people to follow the HSE COVID-19 advice and ensure frequent handwashing.
