Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section

Uisce Éireann crews are working to restore water supply to homes and businesses in Cloonfad and surrounding areas, following a significant burst on the water main.

The burst is impacting supply to customers in Meeltraun, Cloonfad village, 100 Acres, Clogher Upper, Derrylahan, Cornabanny, Swinefield, Fiddauns, Gorteenacammadil, Tonlegee (in Mayo), Culkeen, Pollanalty, Ballinross, Mountdelvin, Moigh, and Johnstown/Levalleyroe Group Water Scheme, and surrounding areas.
Crews are on site carrying out the required repair works which are expected to be complete by 10pm this evening.

Ger Greally, Uisce Éireann, said: “We understand the inconvenience this is causing, and our teams are working to restore the water supply as quickly as possible. Once normal operations are restored this evening, it will take three to four hours for the network to refill and supply to return to all customers particularly for those properties on higher ground or at the end of the network."
