From 1st January 2014, Uisce Éireann assumed responsibility for the provision and management of water and wastewater services in Ireland. As a result, Uisce Éireann is responsible for paying suppliers serving the public water and wastewater services sector.

How to start the process:
- Register to eTenders:
Begin by creating a supplier account on eTenders, the central hub for public sector procurement in Ireland. This platform is used by Uisce Éireann to publish all tender opportunities.
- Set Up CPV Alerts:
Once registered, configure alerts using Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes relevant to your business. This ensures you’re notified of opportunities that match your offerings.
- Respond to Opportunities:
When an alert is triggered, review the tender details and register your interest. You can submit your bid securely through the eTenders platform and use the built-in Q&A feature to clarify any requirements.
