Where will your career take you?

It has never been a more exciting time to join Uisce Éireann, we are a rapidly growing orgnaisation and we are looking for ambitious and talented graduates from all disciplines to join us in transforming water services for Ireland.

For 2024 we are recruting across 8 different streams, covering all parts of the organisation. Each stream will include rotations to different teams giving you a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and exposure to a variety of stakeholders.

Regardless of which opportunity you choose you will participate in our bespoke graduate learning pathway ‘Uisce University’, supporting your ongoing development as a future leader of Uisce Éireann. Some streams also include financial and practical support for relevant professional qualifications. All streams are two years in duration with the exception of Finance which is three and a half years. A number of permanent roles with Uisce Éireann will be on offer at the end of the Programme.
