Growth and Development Programme - Loughbollard Pumping Station Upgrade

Uisce Éireann has upgraded the wastewater infrastructure at Loughbollard to support future growth and development in the area.

The works involved the upgrade of a wastewater pumping station to cater for the future growth and development of the wider Loughbollard area. These works were carried out as part of Uisce Éireann’s Growth and Development Programme.

This project was delivered to support existing and future developments within the community. It will improve the capacity of the existing wastewater network in the area, improving performance and reducing demands on the current network.

The works were carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by Coffey Construction and the project was completed in early 2026.
