Growth and Development Programme - Clonmagadden Wastewater Network Extension

Uisce Éireann is upgrading wastewater infrastructure in Clonmagadden to support future growth and development in the area.

The works involve the installation of 300 metres of gravity sewer main to cater for the future growth and development of the wider Clonmagadden area. These works are being carried out as part of Uisce Éireann’s Growth and Development Programme and are expected to commence in July 2025.

The section of works will take place at Clonmagadden Park, and on Clonmagadden Road, between Clonmagadden Park and Nangle Court.

This project is being delivered to support existing and future developments within the community. It will improve the capacity of the existing wastewater network in the area, improving performance and reducing demands on the current network.

The works will be carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by GMC Utilities Group Ltd. and are expected to be completed by Autumn 2025.

Will customers be affected by the works?

To safely and efficiently deliver these works, traffic management in the form of traffic marshals and temporary traffic lights will be in place on Clonmagadden Park and Clonmagadden Road.
