Moving home

It's important for you to let us know if you are moving into or out of your home.

If you're moving home, make sure to contact Irish Water so we can set up a new account or update your existing account. It means we can contact you in the future about any outages or issues in your area.

When you are moving home, please call us on Callsave 0818 448 448 or +353 1 707 2828, our lines are open from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You’ll need to provide your name, the address you’re moving into or out of, your contact details and your Irish Water account number if applicable.
