If you are moving into or out of a property or you want to close your account, you will need to call us on 1850 448 448 (our lines are open from 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week) on the day you are moving home.
You’ll need to:
- Provide your name, address and/or account number
- Agree a meter reading if your property is metered. For your convenience, we will generate an estimated meter reading or alternatively, if it is safe to do so, you can read your water meter and provide a meter reading yourself. Please read our safety guidelines for reading your water meter.
- Provide the address of the property that you’re moving into so we can transfer your account.
You can also provide a forwarding postal address so we can send you on your final bill if required.
