National Projects

The projects in this section have a very wide, or national impact, on our customers. They are concerned with the improvement and enhancement of water quality, supply, and wastewater services.

Lead in drinking water

Lead in drinking water is recognised as a health concern. Our records show there are no lead water mains in Ireland. However, some lead pipes remain in the public network. Find out more about our nationwide monitoring programme.
