Water supply is returning to normal for impacted customers
Irish Water and Meath County Council have successfully repaired the burst watermain supplying Ratoath, Kilbride and surrounding areas. It may take a number of hours for the water supply to return in full to all impacted properties as water refills the network.

Areas impacted
The areas that were impacted include Ratoath; Ashbourne Road; Fairyhouse Road; Kilbride Road; Dunshaughlin Road; Kilbride and surrounding areas.

Irish Water and Meath County Council are working to restore the water supply in parts of Ratoath, Kilbride and surrounding areas following a major burst on the Curragha-Ratoath watermain. Homes and businesses in the area may be impacted by water outages while the repairs are carried out.
Areas impacted
The areas impacted include Ratoath; Ashbourne Road; Fairyhouse Road; Kilbride Road; Dunshaughlin Road; Kilbride and surrounding areas.
Crews are working to carry out the repair the burst as quickly as possible. The repair is expected to be completed later today. Once the watermain has been repaired it may take a number of hours for the water supply to return in full to all impacted properties.
A traffic management system will be in place for the duration of these urgent repair works.
