All repairs to burst water main affecting north of Wexford Town completed and supply has returned

Outage affecting customers north of Wexford town has been fixed
Areas affected in Gorey Town included Creagh, Hunters Green, Creagh Demesne, Clonattin Upper (Oakridge, Doire Fea), Willow Park, Baile Eoghain, Raithin Cuilin, Cois Doire, Woodlands Manor, Ashwood Grove, Fort Road, The Orchard, Ramsfort Park, Eire Street, Cluainin, Coislinne, Hollyfort Road, Gorey Hill.
Airlocks
Due to Air locks, pressure fluctuations and/or discolouration of the water supply it may take longer for water to be restored to customers on higher ground and on the extremities of the network.

Repair completed on SOW water supply scheme but work still ongoing in Gorey
Irish Water working in partnership with Wexford County Council wish to advise that the issues affecting the SOW Regional Supply Scheme which serves customers north of Wexford town, the east of the county and also serves the extremities of Enniscorthy have now been resolved. Customers who were without water will see the supply return gradually. Crews are still working on the ground to repair the outage affecting the Gorey Regional Supply Scheme.
Alternative water supplies have been made available to vulnerable customers as necessary. It is anticipated that this repair will be completed this evening however further updates will be available on water.ie. Once repairs are complete, it may take longer for water to be restored to customers on higher ground and on the extremities of the network.

Working to repair significant outages affecting the Sow Regional Supply Scheme
Irish Water working in partnership with Wexford County Council wish to advise that crews are actively working to repair significant outages affecting the Sow Regional Supply Scheme which serves customers north of Wexford town, the east of the county and also serves the extremities of Enniscorthy. It is anticipated that the repair will be completed by 5pm this afternoon however further updates will follow to confirm.
Outage affecting the Gorey Regional Supply Scheme
There is also another outage affecting the Gorey Regional Supply Scheme which may see customers without water for several hours today. Crews are working to repair the burst main as soon as possible and alternative water supply will be made available if necessary.
Once repairs are completed, it may take longer for water to be restored to customers on higher ground and on the extremities of the network.
