Update on Clogherhead Water Supply
Irish Water and Louth County Council can confirm that all areas in Clogherhead now have mains water supply with the exception of the Strand Hill area which has a temporary tank supply in place at the entrance to the Stand Hill housing estate. We ask customers to continue to conserve their mains water supply at this time. Customers may experience reduced water pressure over the coming days.
We would like to thank the public for their patience, and we apologise for the ongoing inconvenience while crews work to restore supply to all affected areas as soon as possible.
We also thank and appreciate all help and support provided by both private and public sector organizations namely, Manley Construction, Diageo, Dublin City Council, Waterford City Council, Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council and Northern Ireland Water.
The Irish Water customer care helpline is available 24/7 on 1850 278 278 and updates will be posted on @IWCare on Twitter and on our service and supply section. Updates will also be posted on www.louthcoco.ie or www.meath.ie.
