Normal water supply restored in Tipperary town
Irish Water, working in partnership with Tipprary County Council is pleased to advise that normal water supply has been restored to most customers following repair works that were carried out late last night. Crews successfully repaired a leak that was affecting a significant number of customers in Tipperary Town all day, yesterday.
There are up to 5 properties still affected, however an alternative water supply is available for those still without water or who are experiencing low pressure.
Irish Water and Tipperary County Council understands the inconvenience caused when works occur and thanks customers for their patience while these essential works were completed in order and restore normal supply to impacted customers. Irish Water regrets any inconvenience caused.
Irish Water is working at this time, with our local authority partners, contractors and others to safeguard the health and well-being of staff and the public and to ensure the continuity of drinking water and wastewater services.
