Multiple notification emails
An estimated 300 Irish Water customers received multiple identical emails from Irish Water earlier today due to an error in the process for issuing automated notification emails. This issue has been investigated and rectified and no further customers have been affected.
Irish Water apologises to all customers affected by this temporary issue which has now been resolved. Customers can access their account information in the normal way by logging on to their
online account or by calling 1890 448 448.
This issue has affected less than 1% of Irish Water Customers using online account management and Irish Water is in the process of contacting affected customers directly to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
