Irish Water has recently completed a €750,000 project which involved the construction of 5km of new water main and upgrade of the pumping station in Gartan.

Irish Water, in conjunction with Limerick City and County Council, have started work to replace 4.2km of watermains that are in poor condition in Tournafulla, Glin and Patrickswell, County Limerick. 2,000 customers benefitting from the upgrade will have a high quality reliable water supply as a result of this work.
