Essential works in Peamount to safeguard the water supply for customers in Dublin
Irish Water would like to advise customers that essential works are scheduled to take place in Peamount from today until 5pm Wednesday 16 October in order to safeguard the water supply to homes and businesses in Dublin. Irish Water is working closely with South Dublin County Council to minimise any impact on the water supply to homes and businesses in South Dublin for the duration of these works. The water supply network has been reconfigured so as to maintain water supply for all customers while these necessary works are underway. However, customers may experience variations in water pressure from time to time.
What is involved?
These works are being delivered as part of the Leixlip Saggart Water Main project that will improve the resilience of the water network in the Greater Dublin Area and enable residential and commercial development. This project represents an investment of €35 million by Irish Water.
Irish Water would like to thank customers for their patience while we carry out these essential works.
