Essential repairs to a burst watermain impacting customers in Donore Road and Matthews Lane, Drogheda
Customers may experience low pressure and/or outages for short periods
Irish Water is working in partnership with Louth County Council to carry out repairs to a burst watermain in Drogheda. While works are ongoing customers in Donore Road and Matthews Lane may be impacted by disruption to their supply.
Customers may experience low pressure and/or outages for short periods today, Thursday 14 May, until 8:00pm but it is important to continue to follow the HSE guidance on hand-washing. It may take 2-3 hours for normal water supply to return to all customers.
