Carrying out essential upgrades to sewer network on Dublin Road, Bray
Construction of approximately 167m of concrete sewer mains
Irish Water are to continue essential upgrade works to the sewer network in Bray. Following the completion of works on Old Connaught Avenue, phase two of the works will commence on the Dublin Road. These works are part of the provision of essential wastewater infrastructure serving the area, and involve the construction of approximately 167m of concrete sewer mains. GMC Utilities Limited is working on our behalf to deliver this project.
Project will rectify blockages and structural defects in sewer network
When complete, the project will benefit businesses and residents in the area by rectifying blockages and structural defects in the sewer network, and providing upgraded wastewater infrastructure. The works will commence the week of September 2nd, and are expected to take eight weeks.
Works will take place during the evening/overnight, from 8pm-6am
These essential works are required to rectify structural defects in the sewer network the Dublin Road. In order to minimise traffic and disruption to businesses, works will take place during the evening and overnight, from 8pm to 6am. Each morning work crews will demobilise and access to properties will be unaffected.
