Boil Water Notice on the Glynn Public Water Scheme Lifted with immediate effect
Customers can now resume normal use of water supply
Irish Water and Wexford County Council wish to advise customers that the boil water notice that was put in place on the 5 July 2017 on the Glynn Public Water Scheme has been lifted with immediate effect.
Following further testing and recording of satisfactory microbiological results, on the advice of the Health Service Executive, Irish Water and Wexford County Council are now in a position to remove the boil water notice.
Customers can now resume normal use of the water supply for drinking, food preparation and brushing teeth.
Irish Water and Wexford County Council and the Health Service Executive Water Quality Liaison Group will continue to meet and will review ongoing process control, monitoring and testing of the drinking water supply.
