If you are moving into or out of your home, it’s important for you to contact Irish Water so we can set up a new account or update your existing account. It means we can contact you in the future about any outages or issues in your area.
When you are moving home, please call us on 1850 448 448 or +353 1 707 2828, our lines are open from 9am - 5.50pm Monday to Friday. (Please note that the rates charged for 1850 numbers may vary across different service providers. Calls from mobiles may be more expensive). You’ll need to provide your name, the address you’re moving into or out of, your contact details and your Irish Water account number if applicable.
