Since 2014, your Local Authority has managed your business account on our behalf. Over the coming months, we will begin managing all aspects of your account directly. This will happen on a phased basis by Local Authority area and we will notify you in advance.
If you are a customer in one of these Local Authority areas and have received a letter from us, your account is now being managed directly by us.
If your Local Authority area is not listed, your business water services account will continue to be managed directly by your Local Authority and you should contact them directly.
If your business is moving into or out of a premises, it’s important for you to contact us so we can set up a new account or update your existing account.
