Uisce Éireann IT (UE IT) provides IT services and support to the wider Uisce Éireann business, and across the Local Authority user base. IT Operations is responsible for all operational run activities across Applications, Operational Technology, Service Management and Infrastructure.

Reporting to the Service Management Lead (Change & Incident Management), the Service Management Analyst has responsibility for providing quality IT Support services to the Úisce Éireann organisation, and may support one or more of these key Service Management Processes of the team; the Incident Management Process, Problem Management Process, the Change Management process, the operations, maintenance, and new deployments of all support mobility products, and continuous improvement initiatives within Service Management, Software Asset Management Process, and Configuration Management Process.
