The Human Resources area within Uisce Éireann provides HR support to the business across a wide range of functions including compensation and benefits, pensions, performance management, recruitment / on boarding and exit and employee relations.

The Senior HR Business Partner is as a key conduit between the Uisce Éireann HR Management team and the Business in the implementation of strategic and operational HR initiatives and activities. S/he has a keen understanding of the business' strategy, and provides dynamic solutions using experience, data, and organisational agility to guide their decision making.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Business Partner will cultivate strong relationships with management and employees across all business functions, provide a deep understanding of the Business, deliver the required Business Partnering expertise to drive Business performance, and deliver a HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation.

The Senior HR Business Partner will be located close to the Business and related Heads of Function to deliver high quality advice, information, analysis and interpretation to underpin effective decision-making, meaningful performance management, and meeting statutory requirements.
