Uisce Éireann has a significant multi-billion-euro capital investment plan to deliver across Ireland. The Infrastructure Delivery Directorate (IDD) sees a multi-disciplinary team working on strategic infrastructure new build and upgrade projects in collaboration with the wider water industry. The Infrastructure Delivery team operates using an intelligent client delivery model, built around talented individuals who want to work on innovative and sustainable plans and solutions, using industry best practise ways of working. Our capital projects and programmes are critical to ensuring safe drinking water and proper treatment of wastewater, enabling growth and housing delivery in cities, towns and villages across the country.

The Portfolio team supports the effective management of the delivery of the IDD investment programme by ensuring governance and control through data management and systems, processes and performance reporting and analysis including the management of planning, land, wayleave, utility and statutory consents. This enables efficient delivery of the investment programme by providing programme visibility, informed risk management, analysis, challenge, and decision making. The team also provides expert support in key areas that enable the effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of the IDD investment portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Performance Manager, the Portfolio Performance Manager is responsible for portfolio management and planning activities across the entire Infrastructure Delivery portfolio that may include portfolio optimisation and analysis, governance and risk management, contractor performance analysis, and performance reporting.
