The HRTS team will provide HR transactional support to Uisce Eireann. It will support the business across a wide range of activities including learning and development, pensions, payroll, schemes, recruitment and communications to employees.

Reporting to the HRIS Strategy Lead, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the management and processing of all data within the HRIS including Mywork HR and Payroll.

The HRIS Analyst with act as a system subject matter expert, providing support for all system users and acting as a point of escalation, as needed. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will support the wider HRIS team in the creation and execution of training plans out to the Uisce Eireann business.
