The Financial Control and Planning Function is responsible for the high-quality management of statutory and regulatory financial information and ensuring that the highest level of assurance and service on the organisation's finances is provided to senior and operational management, shareholders, financial agencies, regulatory authorities, and the public. The function oversees the management of Uisce Éireann'sliquidity, investments, funding, cash management, tax strategy, financial reporting activities and is responsible for developing and maintaining best in class treasury processes, procedures, and control environment. Additionally, the function drives the corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and all related activities for Uisce Éireann and are accountable for the development, refinement, and analysis of short and long-term forecasting models across the organisation as well as tax compliance, strategy, and planning. 

The Financial Control team develop the Finance and Management Accounting areas of Uisce Éireann and deliver high-quality management, statutory and regulatory financial information ensuring that the highest level of assurance and service on the organisation's finances is provided to the relevant stakeholders. They are also responsible for developing Uisce Éireann's financial and management control function to meet current and future business requirements. 

Reporting to the Head of Financial Control and Planning, the Financial Control Senior Manager will develop the Finance and Management Accounting areas of Uisce Éireann. The Financial Control Senior Manager will deliver high-quality management, statutory and regulatory financial information and ensure that the highest level of assurance and service on the organisation's finances is provided to senior and operational management, to shareholders, financial agencies, regulatory authorities, board committees and the public. They will be responsible for developing Uisce Éireann's financial and management control function to meet current and future business requirements.
