The Customer Operations team is accountable for managing and providing efficient and optimal customer service via a range of channels. This includes development and management of differentiated customer channels through which customers can engage with Irish Water, providing contact and complaints management services to domestic, Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) customers and to commercial customers.

Reporting to the Billing Services Manager, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for delivering relationship and technical solution services to our large commercial customers via the key account management and telephone account management teams. They will be responsible for the management and coordination of both these teams, their respective leads along with circa 7 regional key account managers and circa 10 contact centre based telephone account managers.
